Considered more challenging than the famed Mera Peak or Island Peak, it requires greater commitment and sound technicalities of peak climbing. Lobuche Peak is usually ascended from the south-east ridge. The trip to this formidable mountain also offers you the opportunity to travel around through the cultural diversities, lush vegetation, Sherpa villages, flora and fauna, strong evidences of the faith of locals in Buddhism as displayed through the monasteries, prayer flags and prayer wheels.

We explore the cultural and historical heritages in Kathmandu valley that takes us back to the medieval time period. The real exercise starts with the trek from the gateway of Everest region, Lukla to the village of Phakding after a scenic flight to Lukla. We traverse through the Sherpa hub of Namche Bazaar, the cultural hotspots of Tengboche and Dingboche, Kalapatthar (the viewpoint providing the most enchanting view of the Everest) and the lap of the Mount Everest or Everest Base Camp before we reach to the vicinity of the Lobuche peak. This shall follow ascend to our destination of the Lobuche summit. With enough days spent at the considerable altitude, the trekkers must have no problem acclimatizing to the altitude. As often the likeability of any trip comes to conclude as there is always a high pressure to the guide to During the trip you shall be amazed at the breathtaking view of numerous snow-laden peaks including the Everest (8,848m), Lhotse (8,516m), Cho Oyu (8,201), Makalu (8,463m), Amadablam (6,812m) and panoramic view of the Everest region, better than any other trekking peak in the region, from the summit of Lobuche Peak (6119m). The cultural ensembles on the trail, the unique Sherpa lifestyle, side-trek around the acclimatization spots, natural scenic beauty, glaciers and rivers, flora and fauna and dense forests shall further enrich our trip.
